Order Cancellation:

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within 1 hour of purchase. This applies to both online and offline orders. Simply contact our customer care team or use the cancellation option provided.

Product Return and Replacement:

If you encounter any issues with the quality, price, or expiration of a product, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your proof of purchase, such as the sales invoice or order number, to process the return. For perishable food items, the return period is 48 hours from the time of purchase. Our customer care team is always available to assist with returns for online orders.

For refunds or replacements, you are eligible to receive a product of the same value or a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product.

Delivery Terms:

We offer home delivery services, ensuring that your products are delivered safely to your doorstep. For deliveries to the second floor, there is no extra charge. However, for higher floors, there is an additional cost of Tk 10 for every 5 kg of product weight beyond 15 kg. If a lift is available, no additional fee will apply. We strive to deliver all orders on the same day, but if delays occur, we ensure delivery within 24 hours, In sha Allah.

Refund Process:

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, your refund will be processed promptly. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used during the purchase.

Refunds to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, etc.) or debit/credit cards will take 5-7 business days. If your purchase was made at an offer price, the refund or replacement will reflect the discounted amount.

Refund Order of Payment:

• For in-store purchases, refunds will be made in cash.
• For online or customer care purchases, refunds will be made to the mobile banking portal or payment card used during the transaction.

Simply Pure BD-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আপনার ক্রয়ের জন্য ধন্যবাদ জানাই এবং আপনার সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের প্রথম অগ্রাধিকার। নিচে আমাদের রিফান্ড ও পণ্য ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত দেওয়া হলো, যাতে আপনার অভিজ্ঞতা সহজ এবং ঝামেলামুক্ত হয়।

অর্ডার বাতিল:

যদি আপনি অর্ডার করার পর মত পরিবর্তন করেন, অনুগ্রহ করে ক্রয়ের ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডারটি বাতিল করুন। এটি অনলাইন এবং অফলাইন উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই প্রযোজ্য।

পণ্য ফেরত ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট:

যদি আপনার প্রাপ্ত পণ্যের গুণগত মান, মূল্য বা মেয়াদ নিয়ে কোনো সমস্যা থাকে, তাহলে ক্রয়ের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার ক্রয় প্রমাণপত্র (সেলস ইনভয়েস বা অর্ডার নম্বর) সহ পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন। পচনশীল খাদ্য সামগ্রীর জন্য, ফেরত দেওয়ার সময়সীমা ৪৮ ঘণ্টা। অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারেন।

রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য, আপনি একই মূল্যের পণ্য বা ফেরতযোগ্য অর্থের জন্য উপযুক্ত হবেন।

ডেলিভারি শর্ত:

হোম ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে, ২য় তলা পর্যন্ত যেকোনো ওজনের পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে। এর বেশি উচ্চতার জন্য, ১৫ কেজি পর্যন্ত পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। অতিরিক্ত ওজনের জন্য প্রতি ৫ কেজির জন্য ১০ টাকা অতিরিক্ত চার্জ হবে। ভবনে লিফট থাকলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না। আমরা অর্ডারের দিনে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করার চেষ্টা করি, তবে কোনো কারণে বিলম্ব হলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা হবে ইন শা আল্লাহ।

টাকা ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া:

পণ্য ফেরত পাওয়ার পর, আমরা আপনার প্রাপ্য অর্থ ফেরত দেব। মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং একাউন্ট (বিকাশ, নগদ ইত্যাদি) অথবা আপনার ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ডের মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য ৫-৭ কার্যদিবস প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। অফার মূল্যে কেনা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, রিফান্ড সেই মূল্য অনুযায়ী হবে।

অর্থ ফেরতে প্রক্রিয়া:

• আউটলেট থেকে সরাসরি ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে – নগদ অর্থ ফেরত।
• অনলাইন/কাস্টমার কেয়ার মাধ্যমে ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে – মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বা ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ডের মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত।
